The staff there were responsive and friendly efficient. Very scenic and best possible location next to a funicular station, that was handy. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to San Giuliano Caffe to relax and grab some food.

The location was central, so close to funicular train station and tourist shops, bars, and a very nice restaurant with tasty wine and food. There was a gastronomic restaurant nearby. Got king room when arrived, enjoyed that. The bathroom was great, with a hair dryer, a bidet and bath robes.

the double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was enjoyable. the bed was comfortable; and there was a bidet. the location was peaceful and incredible, within walking distance of a civic opera house.

Warm stay in an upscale hotel. Location was incredible, and I loved outstanding rooms and very professional staff. Access to the amazing beach, it was near the venue. Breakfast was great - lots of meals - bread, pastries, cereals, eggs and cheese. Restaurant in hotel was perfect and the pool area was brilliant...
